Parent Testimonial #1: “My Daughter Is Now in Her Fifth Year Here”

In the first installment of our “Parent Testimonials” series, we share the reflections of a father whose daughter is now in her fifth year at our school.

The father of a student at Uudam Mongol School.

Every parent has their own goals and expectations when choosing a school for their child. But perhaps the most valuable outcome is when, years later, that choice turns out to be connected to their child's real growth and future opportunities.

In the first installment of our “Parent Testimonials” series, we share the reflections of a father whose daughter is now in her fifth year at Uudam Mongol School.

“The first reason we chose Uudam Mongol School was that Japanese is part of the curriculum, taught by a Japanese teacher. It also matched our own goal of eventually having our daughter study in Japan, which was an important factor in our decision.”

“My daughter is now in her fifth year at Uudam Mongol School. Over that time, I've seen her motivation to learn grow, along with her ability to push herself and her sense of belonging and connection with others. We're glad that she has now passed the school's transfer program and will continue her studies at a Japanese high school starting this October.”

We invite all parents to take part in our “Parent Testimonials” series and share your own experience and reflections with us. Please send us your thoughts, in 4–6 sentences, around two questions — “Why did you choose Uudam Mongol School?” and “What changes have you seen in your child?” — to contact@uudam-mongol.edu.mn.
