Admissions Requirements & Criteria
Our admissions process is transparent, open, and follows a consistent set of procedures.
Grade 1
No exam — by interview
We do not test students applying for grade 1. Instead, we hold a three-way interview involving the child, parents, and the school, followed by a preparatory program that gradually familiarizes the child with the school’s environment and culture. This process is designed to give every child an equal opportunity.
Grades 2–11
By level exam
Registration for grades 2–11 is handled online, and a place is confirmed based on an entrance exam appropriate to the applicant’s grade level.

Grades II–V
Mongolian language, Mathematics
Duration: 30–60 minutes
Grades VI–XI
Mongolian language, Mathematics, English, Science, Essay
Duration: 120 minutes · Exam fee: ₮15,000
Admissions Process
Four Steps
Interview / Exam
Grade 1: a three-way interview (in April). Grades 2–11: an open house (April) → the main entrance exam (early May), with an additional exam session in August if needed.
Results
Results are sent 2–3 business days after the exam, only to the registered email — Admitted / Waitlisted / Not Admitted.
Confirmation
A place is confirmed once the admissions fee (₮150,000) and a portion of tuition (50% for grade 1, 20% for all other grades) are paid by the stated deadline.
📅 Timeline: The main admissions round is held in April for grade 1 and in May for other grades. An additional admissions round is announced in August if needed.
