Uudam Mongol School's official website has been redesigned and is now live.

This update isn't just about having a website for the school's introduction and news. We plan to develop this site, step by step, into a unified digital platform connecting the school, students, parents, and teachers. Right now, you can find the school's introduction, curriculum, activities, admissions, and news all in one place; in the next stage, we'll build a personal digital space that each user logs into with their own account.

The core piece of this development is a digital profile for every student. It will bring together, in one place, a student's academic progress, attendance, participation, growth, achievements, and learning history, accumulated year over year. This will let parents track their child's progress on an ongoing basis, and let students see their own growth and take more ownership of their own learning.

We're also working to connect with eSchool and other systems already in use, to reduce the need for teachers to enter the same information into multiple systems twice, and to bring the information and services parents, students, and teachers need into one digital space. Going forward, we plan to develop this into a single-window system for everyday services — records requests, applications, contracts, consent forms, payment information, the school calendar, and scheduling meetings.

Alongside this, we're planning to develop an AI assistant that answers questions based on the school's approved rules, policies, agreements, and service information. This will let parents, students, and teachers get answers to everyday questions directly, grounded in the school's official information.

These developments will be introduced in stages. They're part of a longer-term goal: giving every student a digital profile, building a data-driven school system, and making school–family collaboration more open.

Our goal is a school where technology helps make information more open, services simpler, teachers' work better organized, and every child's growth more visible.
